The space
A quiet, roomy home base where guests can relax, cook, and recharge after busy Vegas days or long drives. Better space and comfort than hotel rooms.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and all the amenities provided.

Other things to note
Something you should be aware of is this home has electronic key pad access. Guest will have own code for entry.

There is wifi provided. We ask that no tampering be done with the modem/router as the home is smart connected.

Garage is used as storage for cleaners.

Dogs only-Price is per pet. No cats allowed. Please pick up after pet.

Neighborhood is by grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping center. There are several bbq pits and picnic areas within the community.

Early check in fee: One hour early is complimentary if requested in advance. Each hour before that is $50 if available.
Late check out: $50 hour if scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Late check out not approved in advance is $100 per hour.
